New Voyah Dreamer entered market starting at 46,700 USD

On September 19, the new Voyah Dreamer seven-seater MPV was officially launched, offering eight trims with a price range of 329,900 – 449,900 yuan (46,700 – 63,700 USD) to choose from. Both PHEV and EV variants are available. The new Voyah Dreamer has been upgraded in terms of appearance, interior, and configurations, which include the introduction of the Huawei HarmonyOS 4.0 and Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.0 systems.

As of 12:30 PM on September 19, the number of pre-sale orders for the new Voyah Dreamer exceeded 21,462 units.

The eight trims are as follow:

  • PHEV four-wheel drive Excellent Kunpeng
  • PHEV four-wheel drive Premium Kunpeng
  • PHEV four-wheel drive Flagship Kunpeng
  • PHEV four-wheel drive Flagship Qiankun
  • EV four-wheel drive Excellent Kunpeng
  • EV four-wheel drive Premium Kunpeng
  • EV four-wheel drive Flagship Kunpeng
  • EV four-wheel drive Flagship Qiankun

The Kunpeng version comes with the Voyah Xiaoyao Cockpit & Voyah Kunpeng ADS system.

It is worth pointing out that the Qiankun version equipped with the Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.0 and the HarmonyOS 4.0 is expected to be delivered later in November, making the new Voyah Dreamer the world’s first MPV model to be equipped with these technologies.

The Huawei ADS 3.O is supported by a 192-line lidar, three millimeter-wave radars, and 11 high-definition cameras, with a total of 27 sensors on the vehicle.

For the exterior, the front grille is composed of 34 vertical chrome strips (more than the 2024 model), which symbolize the 34 provincial administrative regions in China. Two single-color new exterior paints – green and gold, as well as a dual-color paint – gray and gold, have been added. The rim style has also changed compared to the 2024 model. The new Voyah Dreamer measures 5315/1980/1820 mm and has a wheelbase of 3200 mm, positioned as a medium-to-large MPV.

Power comes from an intelligent electric four-wheel drive system as the standard. The EV variant is equipped with dual electric motors that output a total power of 320 kW (429 hp) and torque of 620 Nm. The 108.73 kWh ternary lithium battery pack offers a 650 km range (CLTC).

The PHEV variant is powered by a 1.5T engine that outputs 110 kW (148 hp)/220 Nm and dual electric motors that output a combined power of 310 kW (416 hp) and torque of 620 Nm. The top speed is 203 km/h. In addition, the 41.7 kWh lithium-based battery pack provides a pure electric range of 235 km (CLTC). The comprehensive range is 1,411 km under a full tank and full charge.

The interior has been redesigned and two new colors have been added: Cloud Gray and Wood Apricot. The dual 15.4-inch central control and co-pilot screens replaced the previous triple-screen layout, paired with a 10.25-inch floating full LCD instrument panel and a 29-inch AR-HUD. The number of physical buttons on the center console is reduced and two 50W mobile phone wireless charging panels are added.

The Qiankun version’s cockpit is powered by Huawei’s HarmonyOS 4.0, coupled with a Qualcomm 8295P chip; while the Kunpeng version is powered by Voyah’s Xiaoyao cockpit system.

The center console is equipped with a 13 L refrigerator, which can provide cooling from -6°C to 15°C and heating from 30°C to 50°C. The refrigerator can be opened from the rear row.

The new Voyah Dreamer adopts a 2+2+3 seven-seat layout. The first two rows of seats support heating, ventilation, and 10-point massage functions. The second-row zero-gravity seat is equipped with a 4-way adjustable leg rest, a 6-inch armrest screen, and a foldable small table. A 17.3-inch 3K ceiling entertainment screen is also available. The third-row seats support electric adjustment (backrest angle, forward/backward positioning) and heating.

Furthermore, the standard trunk volume is 502 L. The third row of seats can be folded down with one button, and the trunk volume can be expanded to 2700 L.

Other configurations include 22 high-fidelity speakers, ambient lights, dual sunroofs, an onboard fragrance system, voice control, multi-screen interactions, and mobile phone projection. Additionally, the navigation function is upgraded to provide lane-level navigation rendering and traffic light countdown.
