On November 6, GACโs Aion RT pure electric sedan was launched, available in five trims. Delivery will follow immediately after launch. The official maximum cruising range is 650 km.

The Aion RT adopts the design concept of โVelociraptorโ officially with a drag coefficient of 0.208Cd.
It is offered in seven exterior paints: purple, beige, black, white, silver, gray, and red. Its body size is 4865/1875/1520 mm and the wheelbase is 2775 mm.
In terms of intelligent driving, the Aion RT 520 LiDAR and 650 LiDAR trims are equipped with 27 sensors including a 126-line variable-focus LiDAR, paired with an NVIDIA Orin-X chip to achieve L2++ driving assistance capabilities, supporting map-free navigation, remote parking, memory parking, emergency lane keeping, blind spot monitoring, door opening warning, rear cross-traffic alert, rear collision warning, and steering wheel hands-off detection, to name a few.
The Aion RT 520 Zhihao and 650 Zhihao trims are equipped with one millimeter-wave radar and five cameras, realizing adaptive cruise system, lane change assist, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, lane departure warning, and lane departure prevention.
Built on GACโs AEP 3.0 pure electric platform, the Aion RT uses 400V silicon carbide technology and provides two power options. The 520 Zhixiang, 520 Zhihao, and 520 LiDAR trims are powered by a front electric motor with a maximum power of 150 kW and a peak torque of 240 Nm, coupled with a 55.1 kWh battery pack, offering a cruising range of 520 km. The 0 โ 100 km/h acceleration time is 7.5 seconds and the comprehensive power consumption is 11.7 kWh/100km.
The Aion RT 650 Zhihao and 650 LiDAR trims are powered by a 165 kW/240 Nm front electric motor, coupled with a 68.1 kWh battery pack, offering a cruising range of 650 km. The 0 โ 100 km/h acceleration time is 7.7 seconds and the comprehensive power consumption is 11.9 kWh/100km.
Under 3C fast charging, it takes 18 minutes to replenish the battery from 30% to 80%. Furthermore, the 520 km trims can be charged for 10 minutes to replenish 160 km and the 650 km trims can be charged for 10 minutes to replenish 200 km.
The interior is minimalist, providing beige/black, brown/black, and pure black color options. The entire series is equipped with a 14.6-inch central control screen and an 8.8-inch LCD instrument panel as standard. The center console comes with air-conditioning vents and wireless charging panels.
The vehicle operating system uses GACโs latest ADiGO (intelligent and interconnected driving) ecosystem, consisting of the ADiGO autopilot system and the ADiGO IoT system. The ADiGO SENSE AI large model, AI intelligent voice control, and Apple CarPlay/Huawei HiCar4.0/Carlink are present.
The front seats can be completely laid flat, connecting to the rear seats to form a โbig bedโ, and the entire series comes with seat ventilation and heating. At the same time, the roof adopts a split design.
