Lynk & Co 02 powertrain
The domestic variant of the Lynk & Co 02 (Z20) has a single e-motor in the rear axle for 250 kW (335 hp) and 373 Nm. The car speeds up to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds. The 62 kWh LFP battery pack sends power to that e-motor. The main feature of the Lynk & Co 02’s pack is the 4.5C charging. It means the car can take a charging power of 4.5 times the capacity. So, this urban SUV can be charged with ~300 kW DC. It charges from 10 to 80% in 15 minutes. The car’s range is 530 km (CLTC).
It is worth mentioning that the European variant of the Lynk & Co 02 EV won’t share the same powertrain system. Instead, it adopts a 200-kW (272 hp) electric motor. This e-motor is powered by a 66 kWh ternary NMC battery with a peak charging power of 150 kW. It charges from 10 to 80% in 30 minutes.
