T9 EV is built on a new all-electric pickup chassis platform and is JAC’s first 4X4 electric pickup driven by dual motors. It measures 5330/1590/1920 mm, with a 3110 mm wheelbase and a gross vehicle weight of 3,260 kg. This truck has a front motor delivering a peak power of 70 kW and 176 Nm of torque and the rear motor produces up to 150 kW and 340 Nm of torque. It is powered by an 88.02 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery from CATL, offering a WLTP range of 340 km and a top speed of 140 km/h.

Inside, the T9 EV offers a modern and tech-forward cabin. It comes equipped with a 7-inch color instrument cluster and a 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for smartphone connectivity. Convenience features include 50-watt wireless charging, capable of fully charging a mobile phone in just 45 minutes, and a cooling air vent in the central armrest box — good for keeping drinks cool during Singapore’s hot summer.

Singapore’s pickup market is small but Japanese-dominated by gas-powered models such as  Toyota Hilux and Isuzu D-Max. However, the T9 EV still represents a significant step forward for JAC Motors, showcasing their commitment to electrification.

In addition, the event also showcased JAC Group’s N35 EV, N75 EV, and N90 EV series of pure electric commercial vehicles available in Singapore.
