Recently, the mass-produced version of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra was declared by the Chinese MIIT. The car is currently on pre-sale for 814,900 yuan (114,200 USD) and will make its official first public appearance at the Guangzhou Auto Show on November 15. The market launch will be in March 2025. Xiaomi envisions the SU7 Ultra becoming the βfastest four-door mass-produced car on the planet.β
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra has a length, width, and height of 5070(5115)/1970/1465 mm, respectively, and a wheelbase of 3000 mm. Its front overhang is 1007/1063 mm and its rear overhang is 1007/1108 mm. Additionally, its curb weight is 2360 kg, top speed is 318 km/h, approach angle is 12Β°, and the departure angle is 15Β°. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra runs on 265/35ZR21/305/30ZR21 tires.
The declaration indicates that the power comes from three electric motors, namely:
- Front: 288 kW (386 hp), supplied by Suzhou Inovance Automotive
- Rear left: 425 kW (570 hp), supplied by Xiaomi
- Rear right: 425 kW, supplied by Xiaomi
The systemβs comprehensive maximum output is 1138 kW (1526 hp) and the peak torque is 1770 Nm. The official 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time is 1.98 seconds and the top speed is 350 km/h. The ternary lithium battery is supplied by CATL, providing a CLTC cruising range of 620 km. Under fast charging, replenishing the battery from 10% to 80% takes 11 minutes.
The carbon fiber rear wing has a wingspan of 1560 mm and a chord length of 240 mm. The official maximum downforce of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra can reach 285 kg.
The interior is sporty; the hint of yellow echoes the exterior. The new sports seats have added embroidery stripes and the Ultra logos. It is worth pointing out that carbon fiber is used in 17 locations such as the front seat, center console, door sill, steering wheel, and the roof (which has an area of 1.7mΒ², bringing 12kg of weight reduction), with a total coverage of ββ3.74mΒ².
